Finished Poetry!
WOW! That poetry Pod was tough. I like poetry but some of that was really hard to read. I like when poems are easy to get, but I suppose it is a good thing to challenge yourself once in awhile. I have decided that the poetry section of this class is one of my favorite to tackle.
Yeah, I'm more of a person for short, whimsical poetry. Then again, I prefer everything to be short and whimsical. Did you read Stevens? Short, whimsical, but confusing to no end.
Yeah, I liked Stevens. Those poems were different and I like that. Whimsical poetry is more my style. It's confusing, but you are never wrong about the meaning of the poem. Nobody ever really knows what the poet is trying to say so anything can make sense.
